2. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be placed by Wednesday for pick-up on the following Friday.
Pick-up is available between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM at our pop-up location: 2701 8th St., Berkeley, CA 94710 (on Carlton St.).

Payment must be made at the time of ordering, to secure your pick-up.
3. Pick-Up Policy
Please arrive within the designated pick-up window. Orders not picked up by 2:00 PM on the scheduled day may not be guaranteed for freshness or availability.
If you cannot make your scheduled pick-up time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability beyond the scheduled time.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
Order cancellations or modifications must be requested by Wednesday of the pick-up week.
Due to the nature of our freshly prepared food, we cannot offer refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
5. Product Quality and Liability
We take pride in delivering high-quality empanadas using fresh ingredients. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up.
We are not responsible for the quality of products that are not picked up within the designated timeframe.
6. Allergens and Dietary Information
Our empanadas are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during the ordering process will only be used for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
